i work as a project manager and just interviewed with a comp that wants me to know more in estimating where can i

i have worked in residential real estate for over twenty years i have worked as a property manager and project manager. i obtain bids i understand what the scope of work is in this paticualr situation i interviewd with a company that also wants me to bid on jobs for the housing authority and do the estimating i have done some estimating but i need to get a refresher or take a class in this to get up to speed
