The best way to deal with competition is TO KNOW your competition.
Find their ratings, know about the products, how does it work, how many years in business, etc
You may show to your clients your findings, especially if they are negatives.

- Strategies
- Objectives
- Patterns
- Strengths/Weaknesses

2. Evaluate Your Competitors

- Have a strong Industry Knowledge
- Find Your "Niche"

3. Determine Competitive Strategies

- Know who are the market "users"
- Have an attack strategy
- Know How to add value to shareholders
- Know How to segment your customers
