Where's the best place to market a beautiful small hotel for overnight workshops and meetings? We're located in NC

We're a 14 room hotel in a beautiful location. I'd like to bring workshops, seminars, meetings etc. to the hotel, especially in the winter when the seasonal tourist trade slows down. The Inn is very well appointed and comfortable - a great place to meet, relax and get creative. We can accommodate 32 adults. Most rooms have either a king or queen bed, two rooms have two queens.
I'm interested in finding contacts for writing groups, small seminiars, whatever will fit in our space. Ideally, we would attract return business year after year. We are willing to negotiate great group rates which can include meals, some transportation etc.
