Where can I find a health and workplace inspector, to back my complaints to my employer?

I work for a security company. But I'm stationed at a trucking yard and warehouse. My co-workers and I work in a booth thats about 6x9 sq ft. There were four broken windows until recently due to my complaining (or asking), now there's two broken windows left. The door on the booth does not function properly, it has a door knob but is able to lock or stay shut because of the door frame and the knob is also broke. And to keep the door close we use a large stretchy rubber band (use to hold items down in or on top of cars), but that doesnt stops the door from flying open in the slightest windy conditions. I have yet to complain about the walls, which are ridding with large holes and are missing insulation. But all i would like for starters, to get through this winter is the windows and door fixed. And now my job is being threating because of my asking or complaining which they are calling it.
