Hi Twisters,
The name kind of says it, Bar Food and Grill Food.
The really funny part of the name is that there is no real 'common' menu for such a casual type of store.
You'd expect finger foods, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, maybe fried foods, depending on the environment and market being served.
I've seen a lot of very successful 'bar and grill' places that go 'whole hawg' with steaks, full dinners, table service, etc.
In fact, if you're ever in Casper, Wyoming, find the SandBar Lounge about 3 PM and try the Prime Rib Sandwich! (Tell Kitchen Man Big Dan sent you)
Hope this helps
