I am going to assume like most businesses, that CRM information is not the only information required by your mobile workforce. Possibly look at SaaS solutions for electronic data management and CRM. Hosted Sharepoint is one example just like SaleForce or SugarCRM. You can host it yourself as well, either on premise or in the internet (in the cloud). Keep security in mind, especially with mobile devices (phones and computers) that can get lost/stolen pretty easily. If you would like any more information, just drop us a line.
