What are the FOREX forms that a company should fill up if that company is getting income through US client

What is the procedure for getting permission from RBI for FOREX income? There are some FOREX forms that an Indian company has to fill up. Have any idea on this? Please let me know any idea/pointers that you may have.

PS: Ours is a start up company based in India. We do project management on outsourced work for US clients.
