Should we do Webinars?

I work for a management and strategy firm. We're thinking of putting together a series of webinars to market our competencies. Advice?

Unless you have a lot of xtra time I'd recommend outsourcing it to a firm that can host it for you as well as archive and do tracking/reporting. You can create your own slides and content, but deploying etc might be a bit much (and expensive) on your own.
