Safety question for ya

How do I get everybody on board for the fire drill next month? It's important but people Just work trough the blaring alarm rather than go outside and take a break. I know we're busy, but we can be fined if we don't get everyone out.

LOL you mean they don't flee when the alarm goes off? First make sure they understand it's mandatory and they MUST leave. Maybe try making it worth their while to cooperate with a reward after the drill like a drawing for gift cards or tickets or cokies and milk for all. Promise them it will only take 15 minutes TOPS or whatever you think it will take. Or you could just come down hard on people who don't participate with writeups and other consequences. That would be my last choice.
