Looking at benefits - reward vs. cost

What benefits can I offer my employees that don't cost me anything?

Aflac says it doesn't cost the employer anything, but I can't personally attest to this.

Good suggestion - lot of my employees buy extra insurance through a plan similat to this. It does cost me a little - someone has to manage the payments and so on, but they are benefits I could not afford to buy for them myself. At least a company like this expands choice.

Jason what you are looking for are voluntary benefits. There are a whole host of things you can offer your employees that your only involvment is deducting from thier checks and paying the vendor. If it is eligible you can often take the money out pre-tax which save you money because that amount is excluded from both FICA and Workers Comp calculations.
