Is it worth it to join the BBB?

We're thinkng about the certification program but I hear it is expesive and a lot of time. Any suggestions?

Do you mean the Better Business Bureau? It could be worth it, especially if your selling online. Its great to have that logo for your page. Gives credibility which is always something you want.

Their dispute resolution service is great and was a huge help for when we had this customer that was just wrong. I know we're not supposed to say that, but it was just a unreasonable situation. http://www.bbb.org/us/Dispu..
