I am looking for a public relations firm who will publicize my song in exchange for a percentage of the royalties.

My song, Music to the Pledge of Allegiance, is thirty seconds long, one octave in span, and only one accidental. I intend to set up a foundation for all of my royalties. I just need a public relations firm who will publicize my song for a percentage of the royalties. Any musician or music teacher could play and sing the music at sight. Anyone could sing it by rote in less than one hour. I would like to make my song the National Anthem.
