There are any number of dialing software packages available, you should be easily able to find any number of the vendors by running a internet seach. (Auto dialing equipment, auto dialing software, auto dialer, sequential auto dialer, etc.)

Teleplaza.com is also an excellent source, with a business directory specific to call center operations.

Sage.com (ACT 10) has modules that allow integration to phone systems. I believe Salesforce.com has similar options available.

Most sequential auto dialing equipment is not allowed for use any longer, except in specific applications. I'd suggest caution in choosing what equipment and how you apply it. There are people who will sell you equipment (used) that is no longer allowed to be used.
