Dear Parhina,

What is Form B6B?

Is that a state form?
Which State?

Oooh! You're talking about bankruptcy?

If you are filing your own bankruptcy, you should be only including things that YOU own. If you are filing together, include all your combined assets.

As to opening a business?
Read IRS Publication 334, Tax Guide for Small Business.

It's a good starting point.

I hope this helps a bit?
