I need a 20,000 loan, where can i go with bad credit? I need this yesterday. Please help

I am looking for a private lender. I have been out on the internet and then found this site.

I own a home but due to a death and a car accident, my credit is not wonderful any more. I am not late on mortgage but I can't get approved with todays qualifications. I am looking outside the bank. I want to buy a home with this money and am working hard to find someone that will provide private lending to someone credit worthy.

Is there a solution to this problem, I certainly know my search is not unique.
