How can i register with local & international investors in my Private company? How do my co.qualify for investment

Iam a Kenyan aged 42 Yrs.Married & in business.I have registered with registra of societies as a single private business name.Iam in the process of registration with the Ministry of Higher Education,Science & Technology,Kenya.Temporarily iam approved by the same Ministry to offer Training prior to full registration for the college.My vision is to upgrade from one level to another until the Private Business Qualify for a Middle class level college/university in a period of less than five years.
Meanwhile iam offering the following services:
1.Offering IT (Information Technology) to school leavers & those working in offices to upgrade their skill in the use of computers in the world today.
2.We are selling computers & printers as a depot:retail / wholesale.(Maintenance)
3.we provide bureaux services in general to the community.
4.School Supplies countrywide.
On the behalf of the company we are asking as to how we can get foreign & local angle investors to provide seed money.
