The first thing you should think aBout is your office use policy. Make sure your employees arent visiting websites that can cause trouble for your system. Do you have a policy? You also need a good antivirus software

We're using McAfee and happy with them. They did an onsite visit, tested and developed a plan for us. No one in my office had the expertise, and wwell its jut too important to take chances with. http://www.mcafee.com/us/ consider hiring a prfessional. If the Pentagon can get hacked, your system should be a cake walk lol

The top reasons people gain unauthorized acesses to a password protected system is: They guessed someone's password. (often because they found it on a piece of paper next to the victim's computer or because they saw the person type the password in, but also because they use software programs that are VERY good at guessing common passwords.) Here is a primer on picking a secure password.

You should download a respectable malware program from http://download.cnet.com Just search for malware and look at the ratings and how many times the software's been downloaded to find one which is useful for you. Then, you should run this program to scan your computer weekly. Also, make sure you're backing up your files in case your computer does get attacked. Don't open up random .exe programs or visit questionable sites.
