This is properly a question for a local real estate attorney, or a very skilled broker (Note, Broker, not an agent! And I strongly suggest looking for the Realtor designation).
Obtaining the necessary changes in property descriptions from a single plot building to a group of separate condominium spaces is complex and can be expensive. It may require remodeling to meet local codes, or even litigation with zoning and other issues.
