Do I have to offer my fulltime employees any benefits such as sick, vacation and health? I currently offer none

I am currently a salaried fulltime 40hr work week employee. My boss offers no 401K or health care, sick or vacation leave. Is it legal for a business to offer no benefits at all? My boss is an internal medicine physician. She used to offer benefits but came in one day and said she was "stopping all benefits" as she doesnt feel people should be paid when not at work.
Please inform me of my rights as I've never heard of no benefits. She also will hold our checks and pay us on the day that suits her. She's very controlling and says "shes above the law cause she is a doctor".
